Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective from:

1. 14-Day Returns Right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (which implement EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of delivery, for any reason, and receive a full refund.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must be:

  • Unopened - The seal must be intact
  • Unused - No capsules removed or consumed
  • In original condition - Packaging and label must be undamaged
  • With original packaging - The bottle must have the original label

Why these conditions? For food supplements, unopened packaging is essential for health and safety. We cannot re-sell opened products to protect your health and others'.

3. How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email info@purginggrowdetox.world with your order number or call +44 20 7123 4567.

Step 2: We'll assess your return request and send you a prepaid returns label if approved.

Step 3: Pack your unopened Vitiva securely and use the prepaid label to ship it back to us.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a full refund within 14 working days.

4. Refund Details

What you get back: Full refund of the product price (£24.99).

Refund timing: We process refunds within 14 working days of receiving your return.

Refund method: If you paid by card on delivery, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid by cash, we'll refund via bank transfer to your account.

Return shipping: We cover the cost via a prepaid returns label. There is no return shipping charge if the return is within the 14-day window.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used bottles
  • Products with broken or missing seals
  • Items returned after 14 calendar days
  • Damaged packaging or missing labels (unless damage was our fault)

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your Vitiva arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

7. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, you can cancel for a full refund. Contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Once your order is with the courier, cancellation may not be possible, though you can refuse delivery and initiate a return.

8. Exceptions

The 14-day returns right does not apply if:

  • You custom-ordered a product with specific requirements (does not apply to standard Vitiva orders)
  • The product has been altered or modified by you

9. Your Legal Rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer law. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If Vitiva does not meet these standards, you can claim a remedy regardless of this policy.
